Thank you for choosing GPTForms! We strive to deliver the highest quality automated Google Forms quiz generator using Gemini AI.

Since we offer a free Starter plan (allowing you to generate 5 quizzes per month with up to 5 questions each) we encourage all customers to try out the product features and test the quality of AI-generated quizzes before deciding to upgrade to a paid Pro tier.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a monthly or yearly Pro plan subscription and are not fully satisfied, or if you run into technical issues that prevent you from using the service, you are entitled to a full refund within **14 calendar days** from the date of your initial purchase or renewal.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction timestamp.
  • You must submit your request with the email address associated with your subscription.
  • You must not have generated more than 30 quizzes during the current billing period prior to the refund request (to prevent abuse of our API resources).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow one of the methods below:

  • Fill out the **Support / Contact Form** on our home page, detailing your refund request and the email address used for the upgrade.
  • Email our support team directly at **support@gptforms.com** with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]".
  • Initiate a refund or billing inquiry directly through the receipt sent by our reseller and merchant of record, **Lemon Squeezy**.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Because Lemon Squeezy handles our billing system, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact our support team directly before raising a dispute or chargeback with their bank. We respond quickly to requests and are always happy to process refunds that meet our criteria. Raising a dispute directly without consulting support may delay the process.
