Welcome to GPTForms! By accessing or using our website, service, or Google Workspace Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Service
GPTForms provides an artificial intelligence software service (SaaS) that helps users automatically extract transcripts or text content from YouTube videos, webpages, and document files, format them using the Gemini AI API, and export them directly into Google Forms as structured quizzes, tests, or surveys.
2. Licensing and Account Registration
- Account Creation: You must log in using a valid Google Account via Firebase Authentication to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Licensing: GPTForms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our software service for personal, academic, or professional assessment building, subject to your subscription status.
- Pro Subscription: A Pro subscription allows unlimited quiz generation capacity up to a maximum number of questions per form, and is tied to a single Google account. Licenses are not shared, sold, or distributed to other parties.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions
- Payments: All paid transactions (subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals) are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Billing Cycle: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle starting from the day of purchase.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user billing portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your plan features until then.
4. Refund Policy
Our refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions if you encounter unresolved technical issues or if the service does not meet your expectations.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload, fetch, or process any video content or text that violates third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Generate spam, misleading forms, phishing inputs, or inappropriate or harmful material.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the GPTForms servers or API connections.
6. Intellectual Property
GPTForms owns all intellectual property rights, code, logos, designs, and systems of the service. You retain full ownership and rights to the quiz questions, form layouts, and educational materials generated through our platform.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
GPTForms is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated questions will be 100% correct, pedagogically perfect, or error-free. In no event shall GPTForms be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date.
